Evidently Behre Dolbear never verified an assay or recovery process,
which was touted this past summer as their primary duty. Are there
specific reasons why B-D didn't verify the process(es)? If so, what are
the reasons?

Good question, BobS.

If BD could have verified the recovery process, I certain that they would have done so; and IPM would have been very pleased to announce....

I think it is clear that the "specific reasons that B-D didn't verify the process(es)" was that the process(es) didn't work....multiple PRs to the contrary.

Bob, you should re-read that PR carefully. Note it says BD verified COC of .02 to .042 OPT only. It was "others indicated values of .02 to .08 OPT."
Me thinks it stinks that the BD report is not being released. There's more to this than we are told.
Let's not forget here... we all touted and we all know that BD is good and probably the best in the US and when they sign the dotted line, banks fork out the bucks, no questions asked. - denis
