Jack, Your report indicates 12 man days of TPRO manpower are required for the initial inventory, assessment, and planning phases plus perhaps another day for for phone conferenceing. IF a typical engineer had 200 man days per year available for field work then he could handle 15 factories per year and generate 250,000$ in consulting revenue. With 400 engineers consulting revenue would be limited to 100 million $ per year if all Engineers were assigned to Y2K. This indicates to me that Engineering manpower is going to limit TPRO sales and why access to external manpower resources is crucial.
