DRBES , the new Jerry
It seems that starting at the last Conference call Jerry is now
leaning to the more conservative approach . In other words not making overly optimistic forecasts . That way he can't be sued and will come out smelling like a rose if he beats the forecast ,IMHO .
regards , Brian

Jerry makes a point of discreetly of leaving all such announcements to the boxmakers themselves.

I suppose if you have one working sample you can call that shipping but that's not what I wanted to call your attention to. I think what you really meant to say there was that he makes a point of pre-announcing on behalf of the box-makers while it's still news to the box-makers. This is precisely what we saw when the K6 was released and if you want to know why such an announcement hasn't been made ask his lawyer and the people who know it's not ready for shipment. Now, the fact that they are about a year behind Intel's legacy product can't be resolved by fabricating information in lieu of chips.
