Sorry Russell, in the above post I missed several (000) I realy ment several hundred million $$$$ but those days who cares about such a small and insignificant number. South Korea was thinking of $10 Billion, then $20 Billion and now "AROUND" $70 Billion, Russia oh well they hiked the news from YHOO, (they still remember Stalin, you know!!) About China any bad news stricly VERBOTEN!! you know, they do not have bankcrupcy laws yet, so maybe people will panik, you know, - Oh my lieber Gott!! besides it was agreed to, strict confidentiality to those matters on the highest level wiht our DEAR BILL... <);8) Haim
