I didn't say it would cut their dividends, I said they would be picking up the tab. Part of the rationale for the agreement was that corps would profit, too. More people in the system. Looks to me like things are going according to plan. It's called "win-win".

No, the shareholders of insurance companies and drug companies and DME manufacturers are picking up the tab. Nice of them. Thank you
