Never was.....the sentence was written in context, follow the thread layers and you would not attribute "Are you still seeking"....to me. The EZ tried this way. See how it ended. Here is the place where words come back biting... france certainly has not decentralized....so, this lacks context. your chain of posts too me forgets the context of the original ideas. If anything, the EZ's current state is predicted by the surmise, not negated.
