Who is the they you're talking about? Another question for you. When California's blacks voted against gay marriage by 70% weren't they being loyal to the compassionate liberals then?

Knowing why blacks vote 90% dem is easily in the high school level of understanding. I was a high school teacher. I know how much they understand. It's very simple, if you promise a demographic group of people a bunch of free stuff telling them that they are victims and that they didn't deserve what happened to them, they will vote for you. The fact that it makes them dependent on the system guarantees future votes. Screw the fact that the wrongdoing was to people who have been dead for 100 years. It's very understandable why blacks vote overwhelmingly for democrats. It's a pity and despicable that politicians would use this tactic to get votes, but it is the reality of the situation.
