Steve,

I saw Reg Technologies' ad in the Corporate News section of the Investor's Business Daily this morning. I didn't get as excited as I thought I would. It just told about more promising tests they are doing. This has been going on pretty much for the past four years that I have been following the company. I believe it's a waste of money with these ads. Reg has touted their test in the past in the Investor's Business Daily and stock continued to decline. I think investors are getting wise to articles about TEST, INITIAL TRIAL STUDIES, EXTESIVE RESEARCH, RESULTS, ect. ect.. and move on to companies where there is actual prodcution and sales taking place.

I don't know if you follow their other company IAS, but it's pretty much all about tests also. It's listed on the nasdaq bulleting board under the symbol iasca.

I am not going to dump my shares in either company as someday there may be nothing left to test and the products will come to market. Either that or they will continue to pick up new ideas to TEST.

Anyway, it's all very interesting even if the company doesn't make a dime.

John

Steve, is this what you were referring to. Looks like the project with Ford is moving along, although more patience will be required. Reg has received specs from Ford and will now build a prototype pump which will be tested at the Ford lab for use in Ford's new automotive transmission. This will be a message to a lot of companies interested in the Rand Cam that it is to be taken seriously.

It will still be a long haul, however.

REG Technologies, Inc and REGI U.S. Inc. Announce Rand Cam(TM) Oil Pump Project

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Reg Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: REGRF, Vancouver: RRE.V) and its US subsidiary company, REGI U.S., Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RGUS) wishes to announce that the Ford Motor Company has approved a budget for developing a program to test and build a Rand Cam (TM) oil pump prototype for their new automotive transmission.

Reg Technologies/REGI U.S.'s engineer, Paul Lamarche, has received the specifications from Ford to fabricate a transmission oil pump to test the efficiency of the Rand Cam cycle.

The major advantages of our Rand Cam design are the small size, ability to have multiple pressures in one pump and being able to turn off one half of the pump when a predetermined RPM has been achieved to save on fuel consumption.

The prototype for testing is scheduled to be completed in early 1998 and will be optimized on the test stand and at the Ford lab which will certify all data.
