I am not sure what the big deal is about having the guy burying his wife on his property but I would have suggested to the guy that he might want to spend the headstone money on fixing up his house.

Dunno...don't think too many people are going to follow his lead and start burying bodies in the front yard of their homes...can't think of too many downsides triggered by the precedent...unless someone starts burying the entire family tree around the house...then what? .
