By Barak Ravid\| 18.08.12 haaretz.com For the first time, the U.S. State Department has cited violence by settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank under the heading "terrorist incidents" in its annual Country Report on Terrorism. (Haaretz) A report by the U.S. State Department defines, for the first time, violence perpetrated by Israeli settlers in the West Bank as acts of terrorism. The Country Reports on Terrorism, which under U.S. law is produced annually by the State Department and presented to the U.S. Congress, was published two weeks ago. It contained a chapter on Israel, the West Bank and Gaza. A section of the report entitled “Countering Radicalization and Violent Extremism” addressed so-called “price-tag” attacks, which are committed primarily against Palestinians and their property by West Bank settlers.

Absolutely, Qualified Opinion. There are plenty of deadbeat Whites, criminal Whites, and undesirable Whites. I have no arguments with that at all. The problem with the Black community is its highly-disproportional representation across all social, cultural, and fiscal metrics. For example, when we examine the problems of welfare, food stamps, and healthcare, Blacks disproportionally receive those freebies according to government data. When we focus on the problem of crime, Blacks disproportionally engage in all aspects of crime, and not only violent crime. In fact, the FBI measures 27 categories of violent and non-violent crime. Blacks lead in all categories and the contest is not close in any of them. What about STDs including HIV/AIDS? Again, Blacks lead across all STD categories, and the contest is not close. How about education? Blacks are far more likely to drop out of school or be arrested for serious felonies before finishing school, and their grades are by far the lowest in the nation, as are their IQ scores. What about teen pregnancies, illegitimate births, truancy cases, and all other anti-social behaviors? Again, Blacks disproportionately represent all of those categories. Indeed, with literally every social, cultural, or fiscal metric known to exist, Black populate the most undesirable end of the data spectrum. If I am wrong, I sincerely wish a leftist would post some contradictory information and prove that I am wrong. I've been asking for such contradictory evidence for many years, with a completely open mind, but none is ever forthcoming. The only thing I typically hear in response to my serious inquiries is charges of racism and other name-calling. Whites and racism are blamed for all failures that Black experience. So, yes, back to your original correct point. There is a substantial number of Whites who receive U.S. welfare checks. They will indeed vote for more handouts. However, when we add the massive burdens of the Black and Hispanic/Mestizo/Latino communities to society, the burden becomes debilitating and detrimental to the nation. It's an ugly, unpleasant point to make, but the presence of Blacks and Hispanics as a whole is deleterious to a civilized society. The overwhelming proof for that is both anecdotal and empirical. Of course, there are numerous excellent Black and Hispanic citizens, but as a whole, those two groups are like parasites to the United States. It's a very ugly fact, but it's completely true. This is why numerous world leaders have strongly denounced multiculturalism and diversity. There are many solutions, but the only feasible solution is for Congress to strike down all race-based laws and allow those who wish to segregate do so. Desegregation and forced integration is a deadly cancer. If it continues, civil war and probably anarchy are inevitable. It's an ugly fact, but it will happen. History does not lie.
