Re MRVL - I buy MRVL while I buy most other stock, it is cheap by most metrics and MRVL specifically has almost 4$/share in cash. I am guessing that they can rebound, ex cash (somewhat iffy metric) the stock trades at 6 x earnings. I think the dividend, which I think will be raised, provides some downside protection as well.

I don't care about Einhorn. He seems to have lost his touch on the long side. I can name Delta Lloyd, DELL and the health insurers. He still does seem to have a pretty good touch on the short side though.

Einhorn seems to do much better on the short side, FWIW
