What the heck are you talking about?

In 2008, turnout was 61.8%, which was the highest in 40 years:

But I guess most of that turnout was from people who were unemployed (and therefore couldn't make money), but were really excited to vote for Obama. Cause you know, he was going to pay for your gas and your mortgage ...
