Do believe that you are going to be happy with your long gold-silver position. Take note that platinum is up almost 32 dollars while gold is only up 5 ... Not to sound like a broken record with respect to the gold/plat spread - but the spread is very tilted toward gold at the moment - and although I haven't quite figured out the mechanics of manipulation - data shows that meaningful and sustainable PM moves are characterized by platinum strengthening over gold. That the spread is so tilted to gold tells me that the PTB has worked very hard to keep PM down. Good lord willing, that's about to unwind .... for good .... but who knows .... I'll post a spread chart in a subsequent post to show the current status of the relationship ...
