Just repeating and repeating an assertion doesn't make it so. Please explain how you envision that potentially happening. I can't see it.

The more socialized something is, the more rulebound and universal/consistent/standardized it is. Lack of flexibility is one of the key problems with centralization and socialization. Particularly when that system is computerized, you lose the ability to make individualized adjustments because computers and rulebound people don't exercise discretion. With lack of flexibility, you likewise lose your ability to manipulate the system. No?
