Hey Mike!! You were the next one from the last so you get this post. I don't want anyone to miss even one of Pugs postings... :0) Message 2835071 Pugsly, I don't need to go to the lengths that M. Kugler has gone to prove that this company has misrepresented itself over the past several months. But don't get me tempted, because when I become really obsessed, I start spending money on long distance phone calls. You should be happy that M. Kugler is primarily the ball carrier here. And given that the NASD knows he's a broker and don't seem to object to his personal investigation into the matter, maybe you had better reassess your deprecating opinion of him. Before you guys were saying that the RMCW brands were being carried in all kind of stores, yet we find that the bottling plant is inactive, pending remodeling and expansion. So which is it?? Either the Kmart, and other stores are stocked to the shelves with RMCW product, or they aren't. Now who is lying and who is being selective with the truth?? Who is out there crying to people on other threads hoping that they will have sympathy and maybe corral my activities a little and keep me off of this thread. Hell, I've told people about what this thread is up to. It is no secret and they are generally appalled that so many postings have been recorded in just 4 months. This is not what the internet is about Pugsly... The internet is about sharing information, confirming diligence and then bouncing it off of other shareholders with additional resources for verification on these threads. It is not about building "Cartels" for the purpose of single minded manipulation, legal or not. It offends most of the veteran poster out here that guys can get by on so little due diligence over the past 4 months, until the Nays finally forced you all to defend the "righteousness" of your cause with some facts. Unfortunately, most of those facts are not as the this company has presented them, now are they. They are non-operational in all respects, something acknowledged by the yeas. No water bottling operations, no garment assembly operations, and NO chance of fulfilling a prediction of $12 million in revenues in 1997. Yet we see no 8K mentioning the deterioration of the company's operations. Regards, Ron
