YEP!
An opposing view is good if it is rational and not filled with inflamation.Sorry. Jeff responded on bobz saying that it is certified SEC.Accountants???? I do believe NRAG and a few others are LOng term holds. I guess that's what makes a market.

I agree with all of your points. I mostly wanted to point out the facts about the "auditing". I agree that most penny stocks don't report at all and that Noram is way ahead by reporting what they can.

I just felt Jeff's statement about the financials was too bold to let go without comment.

If their revenues increase dramatically as we hope, they would likely have to start audited reporting of earnings if they have any hope of advancing to a higher level in the stock market (hopefully NASD).

Audited reporting would give me much more confidence in the long run.

FACT: 10Q's FROM COMPANIES ON THE **BIG BOARDS** ARE NOT AUDITED!!

The SEC does not require quarterly reports, from the smallest to the
most giant of companies, to be audited. Only the annual reports of
large companies must be audited.

By Noram having its annual report audited, it's meeting the same
reporting requirements as the big boys!! It is a rare penny stock
that can make this statement! Score 10 for NRAG!!
