Yes overbought is the right term when talking about charts. For fundamental analysis, then overvalued would be the correct term. Yest stocks and indexes can remain overbought for a long time. I don't like to use overbought indicators for uptrending stocks or indexes nor oversold indicators for downtrending stocks or indexes. Levels and trendlines ane fibonacci levels are the important things.
