They did go bankrupt. The problem is they should have gone for a BK across the board. Not just the Shareholders and Bondholders.

Now, GM can't get out of it's own way plus a lot of people refuse to by a GM car out of principle or loss.

Taxpayers will never be paid back. They need a stock price of 50. Not 20.
