It's not, it's the average for all smartphones. Samsung's ASP for ALL phones is about $160.

Why don't you apply that selling price to the cumulative revenue Samsung has recorded for the Galaxy Nexus ($250m / $600 = 417k = "miniscule").

Samsung attorney John Quinn told the court that in the first two quarters it was in the market, the Galaxy Nexus sold $250 million worth of the device,

Samsung's US smartphone sales and ASP (bonus, tablet sales too)

Overall ASP for Android-based smartphones in the suit were $355, but individually, went as low as $167 (for the very popular Prevail).
