Are you claiming there would be enough voluntary payments for the wars if government didn't fund them? That would be the parallel argument, but I doubt very much that its true, and I doubt very much that you think its true.

In any case military security (broadly defined) is a basic part of what being a government is about. Funding abortions, not so much. The first point doesn't make any argument for any specific war or specific military program, or for any specific level of overall military spending, just that the category is clearly legitimate, even necessary, for government (even if it could reasonably be argued that funding it as a lower level would be an improvement), when abortions are clearly not necessary of of dubious legitimacy as an item for government funding.
