Tom, don't be misled by the term "IRR". It might measure total returns against only the amount of capital required to complete the job. I guess this is significant in the decision whether to finish the job, but it might say nothing about the profitability of the entire project. I might be wrong of course.

I shorted a few shares of LSG today ... the start of hedging on the strength of my CvDeb holding. The game is to make a profit by managing the short hedge. You sell more shorts as more hedge is needed when the CvD climbs and profitably buy back on declines as less hedging is required......The profit enhances the 6.5% interest yield. .." If you can't beat 'em, join 'em"... but I'm fast running out of ideas !

I am with the Vet on this......a bought deal at $1 for 12million bucks on the balance sheet is a positive.Any small producers that have waited until they absolutely needed the money have got massacred by the shorts. If we drop below a buck tomorrow i am buying more
.ATN trading price averaged over the last three months is well below a dollar.Market has shown that you raise the extra cash before you need it and keep a strong balance sheet or else.
