I've been leery of oil-related stocks after seeing so many other high-flying sectors take a fall. I did put in a few low-ball bids on these stocks after the Oct. 27 "dip", and they've come about halfway toward my price.

I need to review the oil situation now in light of the OPEC quota increase, the climate-warming talks starting in Tokyo, and the gravity of the Asian crisis. I've seen one prediction that oil will fall to $18/barrel next year.
