Total outstanding that I was aware of was 15 to 17 million. This range I believe had to do with the potential exercise of the warrants. I really don't know how dilutive this new number is because I do not know the breakdown yet of where the increase in shares came from. If it is because of an acquisition, that is okay. I don't know how others will perceive all this information. I don't know what the form 10 will look like. I don't know what the second news release is about. I don't know how the shareholder's meeting is going to go. I don't know what questions will be raised at the shareholder's meeting. I don't know what the answers to the questions at the shareholder's meeting will be. All of this should be clear on Tuesday. David Smith
