Stan, with regards to your jibe about 'former employees of Motorla', I can assure you, if you take the trouble to do your DD on CLST, (and it's rather obvious you haven't taken the time to do so!), you'll learn pretty much the same as what I reported earlier on the company. Important indicator is how they've been hiring, and rather quickly firing senior level executives over the past few years.

MR. Cohen:

Mr. Pink is less man than spirit. Some faithful followers of His thread (Mr. pink's Picks) have made some serious bucks following his wisdom. Is he arrogant or simply confident? You decide. He is a rigorous analyst and manages one of the country's most successful funds. He has both academic training and practical grounding in economics, accounting and finance. He has been in the market all your life. Yes he has a short position in the company. Why shouldn't he make money from the crash in the company's shares.

Rely less on motivation and rely on the facts whether they are delivered by a disgruntled former employee, a short seller or an impartial observer(whatever that is)

MR. PINK SPEAKS THE TRUTH. YOU WOULD BE WISE TO LISTEN. BEWARE THE END OF CLST IS NEAR.

Good luck..

Pink Daddy

(p.s. you might look at SOI and CPS as long ideas. If interested mr. pink can give you a snap shot.)
