It could also be because the definition of rape includes a lot of forced sexual acts, not just those that result in ejaculation within the vagina.
Yes I did not get into why. Another reason is that rape is completly at random and can happen at any time during a womans ovulation. A large percentage of normal sex is done to intentionally have a baby so a significant amout of normal sex is done when the woman is most fertile.
