The last time CTEC had a swift move up was Jan/Feb 1996. It then spent a year and a half moving sideways and drifting into a lower trading range.

I think that CTEC will hang around these levels or drift a little lower for the next few months, unless there is some positive, unexpected news. I'm hoping to double my position at some point between 12 1/2 and 10 1/2.

Even though my prediction for the next few months does not look good for CTEC, I still think it's an excellent stock. LDX placements are soaring, and the more boxes placed, the more of those profitable little cassettes CTEC sells. (Just ask Iomega how well this strategy works.) Next year at this time I expect that CTEC will be in the low- to mid-20s.
