Hot private equity type money seems to hit beaten down areas in proximity to the jobs with a nice stock of newer homes. Thus creates imbalances I bet even in parts of Las Vegas where inventory has been soaked up rapidly. Other areas with an older less appealing stock to the hot money crowd that are solid working class the numbers as well as risk factors work best to me though still appear to be slow moving 'zombie' like markets here in Florida.
