THEY SHOT HIM IN THE BACK.

So how can the officers claim they were in fear for their lives?

Pure excessive force, resulting in the death of a civilian.

Under color of law.

Combined with the destruction of the video evidence should earn the death penalty under federal law. USC 1984. I believe is the code.

THEY should fear and obey the law.

The officers are now on desk duty. I can safely drive through the area. Maybe.

John .. I'd love to see the day where police and civilians function with mutual respect.

This was a criminal act. Resulting in a death. For civilians that is murder.

Color of law does not forgive murder. In fact it makes it a federal crime.

Support our system of law, instead of your nazi, racist wet dream.

Executions like this, which you have PRMOTED, violates our basic legal systems.
