My daughter has two friends who graduated from WSU with marketing degrees. They are both had little trouble finding jobs and are now both employed as department managers with Nordstrom. Another of my daughter's friends was a journalism major. I predicted she would not find a job, but she did, with a TV Station in Idaho Falls, ID. She has since left that position and is working for Root Sports (formerly Fox Sports Northwest). All in all, my daughter and her friends are doing well and are fully employed. They graduated in 2010.
