I believe Intuit still holds just under 20% of Checkfree's 54 million outstanding shares. These shares were received in exchange for Intuit Services at the beginning of this year. Some shares were sold in a secondary in the March quarter because Intuit, for accounting reasons, had to get under 20%. I believe there are restrictions on further sales of Checkfree stock by Intuit, but I forget what they are.

Chirodoc, glad to see you are changing from a trading mentality to an investment approach. I suspect that may prove to be the more profitable avenue to take with this investment.
