The insurance company for her vehicle will pay--------if she had insurance. If not she is an uninsured motorist. Many questions------how did she have a license plate or drivers license, if illegal Is she considered an uninsured motorist? Of course I could ask a similar question-------why did Niemann Marcus hire an illegal to drive a van for them that hit a friend of mine in Virginia. Niemann's insurance company paid a pittance only after a lawsuit was filed against the insurance company for Niemann. This is one of the first things that a new administration should tackle--------illegals and immigration. Immigration is fine as long as you come here legally and swear allegiance to the USA but don't come here as an illegal person and expect special treatment in America.
