The American system is not a democracy. It is a constitutional republic. I think that he believes that if he says it enough that it will somehow become true. I think that he is going to learn exactly what the difference between a democracy and a constitutional republic is in November. I bet that some states will be an absolute landslide for Obama. Obama could even get the popular vote. But we can still have a landslide electoral college win for Romney because we are NOT a democracy.
