You certainly need to approach anything with some skepticism in that case, but it is my lay understanding that the new book ("Coming Apart at the Seams") is not related to Murray's previous subject matter--the controversial subject of race being linked to intelligence. (It has been established that brain size is linked to race--or at least the size of areas in the brain are linked to race.) Additionally, it is my feeling that John and Sam did not like the message of the author's previous works so that they are predisposed to shooting the messenger rather than reading the current message.
