Oh, I get it. A private offering. So, this must be the quiet period before the huge price appreciation. Yeah, that must be it. Be sure to tell all your friends and relatives so they can pick up shares real cheap-like. But, you better hurry. Any day now this thing's gonna' take off like it's jet propelled.
