The market needs people who think like that.

Do you think residential prices are illegally fixed at too high a level?

Do you think buyers today overpay because of something that was "fueled by massive prolonged corruption on an unprecedented scale. The only reason why it has not corrected faster is the protection of the biggest criminals by our government"?

Who is organizing the multiple bids for a property? Is it orchestrated or "fueled by massive prolonged corruption on an unprecedented scale" going back to 2005, or 2002, or 1998, or 1996; and prices would go lower if all those who you want in jail were locked up for 25 years?

You're not grumpy. You're clear-headed and illogical.

1. Your crown of being the only grumpy here remains secure :)) Chalk me an eternal optimist.
2. Few know what "free markets" would have brought us in the marketplace, and I am not one amongst them.

That said, I also tend to think that it is not easy to have your cake and eat it too. One can have freemarkets all the time, none of the times, or be like my kid - who wants to grab my slice after devouring his.

OT: Do you think CSCO price is on the mend? What needs to happen to get the multiple higher?
