The market needs people who think like that. Do you think residential prices are illegally fixed at too high a level? 1. Your crown of being the only grumpy here remains secure :)) Chalk me an eternal optimist. 2. Few know what "free markets" would have brought us in the marketplace, and I am not one amongst them. That said, I also tend to think that it is not easy to have your cake and eat it too. One can have freemarkets all the time, none of the times, or be like my kid - who wants to grab my slice after devouring his. OT: Do you think CSCO price is on the mend? What needs to happen to get the multiple higher?
