Steve, the only way to get this kind of cost information is through internal documents, and no publicly traded company is allowed to selectively divulge that information. If that information is divulged, it must be divulged publicly -- s/h's and potential s/h's have a right to that information without paying for it. For this reason, the research you pay for is nothing more than informed guesses when it comes to internal costs. This is quite different from market research, which does not rely on the seller itself for information, but instead focuses on customers. Paul
