I would; that debate is over. I wouldn't mind seeing them debate what action to take first, tho, based on science, of course.

As far as I'm concerned, it's definitely over in the serious scientific community. And, unfortunately, we are not going to have the serious debate about this issue in the congress nor in the public at large. Too much money has been spent, too many dollars are at stake, and our politics is too beholden to these dollars.
