Carolyn, your description is too typical of the times, and of the deterioration of good service (products) due to excessive downsizing. The good companies, including medical facilities, succeed when they can offer highly effective and competent services (or products). The ones that fail don't understand that and go down the tubes. I got really lucky with the medical care I received, and 10 days is long enough to find out! Goodness I'm glad I read what you experienced after I got home and not before I went in. Thankfully you recovered! And, I'm on the mend. Each day is better and better!
