Honey_bee...This video is difficult to watch, just the sight of the wasserman thing makes me ill but to watch a leftie defending Romney against the lies of this democrat creature wassermen is worth it. DNC Chair Torn To Shreds Over False Claims youtube.com ATLANTA, August 24, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) - Conservative activists frequently bemoan the liberal bias of the mainstream media, but a heated encounter between CNN’s Anderson Cooper and Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz last night, has GOP supporters cheering. During the exchange Cooper repeatedly presses Schultz about a recent fundraising letter from the DNC that attempted to link Mitt Romney to Todd Akin’s much-decried remarks about abortion and rape. The CNN anchor charges Schultz with misquoting the Los Angeles Times, misstating Romney’s position on abortion, and falsely claiming that the Romney campaign is responsible for drafting the Republican Party’s strongly pro-life platform. Schultz, flustered by Cooper’s interrogation, appears unable to respond to his factual claims, and instead repeatedly attempts to shift the discussion, stating that “it doesn’t matter” what the wording of the fundraising e-mail was, and that the “bottom line” is Romney’s “extreme” views on abortion. However, Cooper doesn’t let up. Click ‘like’ if you want to END ABORTION! “I don’t understand why in a fundraising appeal you would, it seems, maybe accidentally, but you completely misquote the L.A. Times and you make it sound as if they’re saying something that they’re not saying, and you’re using that as evidence to back up your position,” the anchor says at one point. Wasserman-Schultz responds, “Anderson, it doesn’t matter.” “It does,” shoots back Cooper. “It would matter if you’re misquoting the L.A. Times as saying something they didn’t say. You’re saying it’s proof of your position and it’s actually not proof of your position.” In its article the Times reported, “Delegates for presumptive nominee Mitt Romney are voting down substantive changes to the platform language that was written at the direction of Romney’s campaign.” Cooper said that Schultz’s fundraising e-mail had “ripped” this quote out of context to claim, “The Los Angeles Times reported yesterday that the platform was, and I quote, written at the direction of Romney’s campaign.” Cooper also points out that Romney has often stated that he supports abortion in cases of rape, whereas Schultz has argued that he opposes all abortions. When asked if she knew that Romney has expressed his support for the exception, Schultz responds, “I can certainly acknowledge that he says that out loud,” but adds, “I think it’s very clear that Mitt Romney talks the talk, but doesn’t walk the walk.” Cooper concludes the debate saying, “My only point is that – and again it’s my job on both sides of the aisle to point out things that are inaccurate – in a fundraising e-mail to misquote something to serve your argument just doesn’t seem in the long term to serve your argument very well.” “I understand your point,” responds Schultz, “but the balance of the e-mail makes the case very clearly, and the main thrust of the information we’re trying to convey is that Mitt Romney is disingenuous when it comes to a woman’s right to make her own reproductive choices, and he’s extreme.”

I don't know who you are but I learned a long time ago that illegals come to this country as a result of essentially being recruited for companies looking for cheap labor. And we allow it even though our laws say the hiring illegals is illegal. All of the talk about closing the borders is nonsense. During one of the Republican debates, the Candidate from Texas slipped in the comment that the need for action at the border would be eliminated if we enforced the laws about hiring illegals. It fell of deft ears including the media. Given that we have blessed the enticement of these people across the border and what it does to the innocent children that come along, I find it outrageous that anyone, calling themselves a civilized human being would consider, what the President did and anything other than what should have been done years before!! You are nothing more than subhuman!!!! You probably find the comments of Bloomberg, the Mayor of NYC, acceptable. He said most of the city’s restaurants would close if we closed the borders. His only interest is in money.
