Hi Tom,

So, it was just a bad dream after all, eh? It is incredible, don't you think?

How much longer can this charade go on? Perhaps forever? Since any government can print unlimited amounts of cash out of thin air?
Perhaps the Japanese government can do that with impunity as it has a vast holding of ~$300 billion worth of US bonds?
