The Young Turks Join The Troublemaker Fest Tea Party vs. Occupy DebateTroublemaker Fest will feature first-ever National Tea Party vs. Occupy Movement debate, a film festival, and will empower young voters to say “NO” to second Obama Term.

Tampa, FL—The Young Turks, the largest online political commentary program, has partnered with Christine O’Donnell and Troublemaker Media to produce the line-up for the first ever national Tea Party vs. Occupy Wall Street debate.

The debate, being held on August 27, ( click here to purchase the $35 ticket) will serve as the opening session for the Troublemaker Fest, a groundbreaking new festival held during the Republican National Convention in Tampa. The line-up includes Jerry Molen, producer of Schindlers List, Jurrasic Park, comedian Brad Stine, best-selling author Dinesh D’Souza, producer John Sullivan and many others.

Organized with the help of young patriots from all walks of life, the festival is designed to empower young voters to take control of their future by refusing to send President Obama back to the White House for a second term.

In the 2008 election, President Barack Obama resoundingly carried the youth vote, but the tide is turning. New results from pollster John Zogby show that Mitt Romney is quickly gaining ground with the 18-29 demographic.

Youth voters now make up 24% of the American electorate, and the unemployment rate among those ages 20 to 24 now stands at a whopping 14% (well above the 9% national average). As Zogby, himself put it: “This could be trouble for Obama who needs every youth voter he can get.”

Channeling this energy, O’Donnell, with the help of young people from across the country, is launching this groundbreaking new event, which will show films such as 2016: Obama’s America, Expelled, Last Ounce of Courage, among many others. The film festival has garnered incredible support and enthusiasm among young people and could have a significant impact on the upcoming election.

The film festival will occur August 26-30, at the Channelside Cinemas 10 IMAX Theater in Tampa, Florida, one block away from the 2012 Republican National Convention.
