Seriously ted, read the Constitution. Especially the fourth amendment.

Seriously, harris, you don't have clue what the Constitution means.

For an example, I have the right to free speech and I can state my opinion about Romney's tax returns until the cows come home. Its a right protected by the Constitution.

Once again, I suggest taking some university courses.
