In cross licensing there are usually no $$$$s. You must be talking about royalties like Apple pays Nokia. And it is stupid for any company to pay royalties when they have design work arounds. What Apple won is a verdict for products that most are not even available (like my Vibrant who used the bounce back patent and its shape resembled the iPhone 3GS). But the Galaxy SIII looks nothing like it, was not part of the verdict, and does NOT used the bounce back patent. Apple of course is welcome to file a new lawsuit. But right now this verdict does not touch the Galaxy SIII or ANY Android phone running Android 4.0 or higher that was specifically designed to work around the patent mine field.
