Roger, I agree. $0.10 (approx) on the dollar is a treible settelment, but do we know if PRL had followed the terms of their agreement with KAS gov? KGFC says that they did and that they have a letter from the gov. stating that they were current with all of their obbligations.

If all of these cos were current with their obbligations, then it might make sense for them to band together to share the cost of a legal battle, but I would guess that there as many different situations as there are cos, which would make it very difficult for them to join forces.

Hopefully KGFC will have better luck than PRL.
