False premises are the problem. If you start with the belief that the moon is made of green cheese, it alters the outcome of your critical thinking. I handle it with them by saying, "well you know I am a Libertarian." They are much more ready to accept that premise from me than "I am a Republican or a Conservative." Speaking of my dance partners, my social life could not be much better. My back is in the best shape it has been in a decade, mainly due to my recent weight loss, and I am closing the places rather than leaving at 11PM.
