You are correct. First, let me emphasize that my numbers can be thought of a Devil's Advocate straw man. My numbers are forward looking because most analysts compute forward looking P/Es. As such, the LPS numbers are future estimates. Yes, IMHO, the 2000 BBL/day for EnviroTec is WAY LOW in light of the fact that current dumping is 50,000 bbl per day. I conservatively assumed that a law would be passed and 96 % OF THE STATE WOULD SIMPLY IGNORE THE LAW. I did this only to factor in a ramp up, over and above the SIX MONTHS of NON-CLASS V that I also assumed.(Hell, the state and local govt portion of the dumping is probably well over 2000 bbl per day alone.) I tried to compare it to compliance with other laws such as recycling start ups, seat belt use, etc. But you are correct in assuming that within a short period of time, 5000 BBL per day will be reached. After all, 5000 BBL per day assumes but a TEN PERCENT COMPLIANCE RATE!! At 15 % compliance, the current well is maxed out. Expansion and the like is anticipated, but I didn't want to view this thru too much of a rose colored glass. As an aside, anyone who doesn't think EnviroTec can hit 2000 BBL per day six months after enactment, probably doesn't believe in the well to begin with. I believe thru the Company's news releases and the constant reminders in this thread, that the street(us) have already factored in the modest operating loss for the prior FY. I HOPE NO ONE WILL BE SURPRISED TO LEARN THAT THE PRIOR FISCAL YEAR WILL HAVE AN OPERATING LOSS. In the final analysis, all the numbers are simply educated guesses/projections and we must wait for the real news on Monday and the Company's forward looking projections. TraderGreg
