Yup........and an overgrown boy scout as well. Its weird because men don't typically use features like nose, eyes or lips to get the advantage........they typically use their height or their brawn. But Ryan uses his eyes which look like Bambi's to get an advantage. Its really weird. How can he be cooking up bad things like ridding the country of Medicare with eyes that look so innocent.
