Lying about the market value of a property or fudging an applicants credit score is illegal. OK I thought you were talking about the big cats. I don't think MM would be satisfied with some lowly working stiffs. That was the point I was making.........when taking people to court, where do you draw the line? If the average joe in banks was doing things illegally, do you prosecute them as well? Aren't they just as culpable as the people heading up the banks? They knew the stuff they were doing was illegal...........and yet, they signed off document after document.
