I have not said such a thing. But as you pointed out, you have lots of hearsay... The controls are in place to protect banks. Corruption is very high in these countries. The corruption is esewhere for everyday business dealings. You may go right ahead and believe your german friends...but you may want to think what you wrote... Nothing like just slipping a bank officer a few dollars and getting a loan...(s) Is it more complicated than that? Of course it is.............I was trying to make a point without going into lot of detail. Was the comment too graphic for you?
