I think you mean EPS of .349(just my estimate everyone) for the current estimate. My understanding is that standard procedure is to include all outstanding shares including restricted, convertible debentures and the like.

In practice, the greater the number of restricted shares, as a % of total, the better because it acts like tightening the float. Nevertheless, restricted shares ultimately become unrestricted someday.

You count all outstanding shares for eps, always.
